1. Call Meeting to Order at 7:03, those in attendance: Sandy Johnson, Bill Cochran, Brian Takala via phone, Jed Keenan and Jill Washkuhn.
2. Verification of legal posting notice agenda was posted on 11/9/2025 at the Town Hall, Outback Bar, Tranus Lake RD, and the Website by Jill Washkuhn township clerk. Pledge of Allegiance was recited 3. Agenda was reviewed, motion made to approve was by Brian Takala 2nd by Jed Keenan 4. Review of Treasurer’s Report, motion was made to approve by Brian Takala, 2nd by Jed Keenan. 5. Approval of Town Board Meeting Minutes from October meeting with a correction of WISLR. 6. Public Input Sandy Johnson handed out town events for 2026 to be added to tax notices. Board reviewed 7. Highway Construction and Maintenance Report/signage Letter from Washburn County regarding who would be approved to obtain sand and salt for the town. Shoulder work was completed on Lee Rd. Right away clearing was completed on Lee Rd. and Vern Rd. LRIP application was completed and submitted for 2026 road work on the for Brickman Lake Rd. Bidding for this job will be in the future. Snow complaint regarding the end of town line Rd. Which is a dead-end road and there is no place for snow to be piled 8. Facilities Report: No updates 9. Specific Matters for Discussion and/or Action by the Town Board: *Follow Up on Park Pavilion and Pit Toilet Roof repair Issues. Review and approval of repair BID. Reviewed BID submitted by Tom Crowely, BID was approved to start work to repair Pavillion roof. Motion to approve BID made by Brian Takala, 2nd by Jed Keenan. *Follow up on description of driveway vs private road Snowplow contract will add verbiage regarding driveway must have direct access to public street, road or highway. Shared driveways serving more than 2 parcels may be eligible as long as access is not determined to be a private road. *Review of election workers- Bill Cochran has received 5 persons interested being poll worker for 2026 to 2028. *Follow up on Snowplow contracts received- any issues, Sandy Johnson has received several contracts, so far has obtained $5100. *Discussion on 2026 Budget Hearing and if any changes needed See Budget hearing minutes *Washburn County Timber Sale Contracts, town has received 3 letters from Washburn County for 3 parcels to be logged. 10. Correspondence- Letters and Phone Calls Received/ Reservations for Town Hall or Town Park/Upcoming Meetings/Events/Miscellaneous. Bill Cochran has received letters regarding tress and boulder removal where clearing has been completed. Town and assessor have received a letter from the state regarding updating assessments of property. 11. Payment of Vouchers, Statements, and Bills 12. Next Town Board Meeting December 9 at 7 pm at townhall. 13. Agenda items for next Town Board Meeting: snow plow contract and poll worker 14.
