A -Sam Melton:Mowing the Road Right of Ways at $4,500 Motion to approve by Brian Takala , 2nd by Jed Keenan, all approve.
B- Scott Construction: Chip Seal Paved Portion of Chippanazie Lake Rd at $14,209 Motion to approve by Bill Cochran , 2nd by Jed Keenan all in favor
C-Scott Construction: Chip Seal Little Hayward Rd at $6,700 motion approve by Brian Takala , 2nd by Jed Keenan  all in favor
D-Scott Construction: Chip Seal Approx .75 mile Chippanazie Rd $17,896 motion by Bill Cochran, 2nd by Brian Takala all in favor
E-Oak Ridge Tree Solutions: Right of Way Clearing Lee Rd
F-Oak Ridge Tree Solutions: Right of Way Clearing Tranus Lake Rd (North of Elliot Rd)
G-Oak Ridge Tree Solutions: Right of Way Clearing Elliot Rd
At time of meeting Oak Ridge had not submitted a proposal, board was not able to vote to approve or disapprove.
