FIRST HALF OF THE ARPA FUNDS RECEIVED $13,031.24 AND HAVE BEEN ADDED TO ATC SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND ARE SHOWN SEPARATELY FROM ATC FUNDS. SANDY WILL KEEP US INFORMED AS TO HOW WE CAN USE THESE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TOWN. 4. MINUTES FOR THE JULY 13, 2021, TOWN BOARD MEETING APPROVED AS READ. 5. HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE REPORT – DITCH MOWING AND BOOM MOWING IS NOW COMPLETE. POTHOLE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE. 6. PUBLIC INPUT* 7. SPECIFIC MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION BY THE TOWN BOARD: A. BRIAN SYKES PRESENTED THE BOARD WITH HIS REQUEST TO SET UP EQUIPMENT TO MONITOR TRAINS COMING THROUGH STANBERRY. THE BOARD DID NOT WANT TO START A PRECEDENT OF HAVING THE TOWN HALL USED BY THE PUBLIC FOR HOBBIES. * OUR OWN BILL COCHRAN IS ALSO A RAILROAD ENTHUSIAST AND MAY CONTACT MR. SYKES ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS. THANK YOU, BILL. B. STATEWIDE BIDS FOR CHIPPANAZIE RD WERE DISCUSSED FOR THREE 25’ X 1,555’ SECTIONS: BID #4847 - $22,714.00 BID #4860 - $21,231.00 Bid #4861 - $24,998.00. APPROVED AND SIGNED BIDS RETURNED TO STATEWIDE TO GET ON THEIR WORK SCHEDULE. C. WTA FALL WORKSHOP DID NOT HOLD MUCH INTEREST FOR THE TOWN OFFICIALS. EACH WILL LET THE CLERK KNOW IF THEY WILL BE ATTENDING BY THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ON TIME FOR THE SEPT 13TH MEETING. D. TOWN PICNIC FOR THIS FALL WAS CANCELED DUE TO NEW COVID STRAINS. WILL BE CONSIDERED NEXT YEAR AT THE ANNUAL MEETING IN APRIL OF 2022 WHEN TOWN RESIDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO VOICE THEIR OPINION. 8. TOWN PARK – NEED TO GET AN ELECTRICIAN TO CHECK OUTLETS AT THE PARK AND SEE ABOUT CEILING FANS.
