DECISION TO FINISH MAJORITY OF CHIPPANAZIE RD. REQUESTING FROM STATEWIDE SURFACING 3 PROPOSALS EACH: NOT TO EXCEED $25,000 FOR 1500’ SECTION OF ROADWAY PREPARED AND REPAVED WITH ASPHALT TO AN AVERAGE THICKNESS OF 2” BY 21’ WIDE. MOTION TO APPROVE BY DONALD PLANTE, 2ND DAYNA DULLINGER, MOTION CARRIED. B. REQUEST FROM STATEWIDE A PROPOSAL TO PATROL GRAVEL ROADS TWICE THIS SUMMER FOR WEED CONTROL. MOTION TO APPROVE BY DAYNA DULLINGER, 2ND DONALD PLANTE, MOTION CARRIED. C. REQUEST FROM STATEWIDE A PROPOSAL TO REPAIR POTHOLES AND DO CRACK FILL WHERE NEEDED. SPECIFIC MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION BY THE TOWN BOARD: A. DITCH MOWING – WILL CONTRACT WITH DAN ULLOM TO DO MOWING NOT TO EXCEED $4,500. MOTION TO APPROVE BY GARY ELLIOTT, 2ND DONALD PLANTE. MOTION CARRIED. B. CLEANING AND DISINFECTING OF LARGE WOOD STORAGE CABINET IN LARGE HALL BY SERV-PRO FOR $250 WAS DISCUSSED. MOTION TO APPROVE BY DAYNA DULLINGER, 2ND DONALD PLANTE. MOTION CARRIED.
