PRESENT: GARY ELLIOTT, CHAIRMAN; SANDY JOHNSON, TREASURER; DAYNA DULLINGER, SUPERVISOR; KATIE PARKS, CLERK AND TOM JOHNSON. 1. VERIFICATION OF LEGAL POSTING DONE BY THE CLERK ROLL CALL: ELLIOTT, JOHNSON, PARKS, DULLINGER, PLANTE EXCUSED CHAIRMAN CALLED MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:00 PM PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE RECITED 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA - MOTION BY DAYNA DULLINGER, 2ND GARY ELLIOTT, MOTION CARRIED. 3. TREASURER’S REPORT SUBMITTED BY SANDY JOHNSON. CD RENEWALS DISCUSSED AND THE INTEREST RATE WILL NOT CHANGE UNTIL THE 6 MONTH RENEWAL. 4. MINUTES FOR THE APRIL 12, 2022 TOWN BOARD MEETING APPROVED AS READ. 5. HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE REPORT. THE LRIP APPLICATION IS AT THE STATE AND WE RE STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL. 6. PUBLIC INPUT 7. SPECIFIC MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION BY THE TOWN BOARD: A. CLEAN-UP DAY SCHEDULED FOR MAY 14TH 9:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. DUMPSTERS HAVE BEEN ORDERED, THE TREASURER SENT OUT FLYERS, AND WE ARE READY TO GO. B. ROAD REVIEW DISCUSSED. CHIPPANAZIE RD WILL HOPEFULLY BE COMPLETE THIS YEAR. SOME WORK IS REQUIRED ON OTHER ROADS. WILL SEE WHAT THE BUDGET ALLOWS. C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE 34-SITE CAMPGROUND ON HWY 63 WAS DISCUSSED, AND THERE WERE MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS THAT THE BOARD WAS CONCERNED WITH. THOSE CONCERNS WERE ATTACHED TO THE FORM BY THE CHAIRMAN AND WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE COUNTY FOR FINAL ASSESSMENT AND/OR APPROVAL. D. ELECTRICAL WORK AT THE PARK SHELTER AND THE TOWN HALL WAS DISCUSSED, AND WE ARE WAITING ON THE ELECTRICIAN TO GET BACK TO US WITH A DATE WHEN THE WORK CAN BE DONE. 8. CORRESPONDENCE - LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS RECEIVED: A. TOWNHALL B. TOWN PARK – FULLY BOOKED FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FOR A LARGE RUMMAGE SALE. C. MEETINGS – 1) OPEN BOOK TUESDAY, MAY 31ST 10:00 AM TO NOON AT THE TOWN HALL 2) BOARD OF REVIEW TUESDAY, JUNE 7TH 4:00 PM 6:00 PM AT THE TOWN HALL QUESTIONS FOR THE ASSESSOR CAN USUALLY BE TAKEN CARE OF AT OPEN BOOK.
