APPROVAL OF AGENDA - MOTION BY DAYNA DULLINGER, 2ND DONALD PLANTE, MOTION CARRIED. 3. TREASURER’S REPORT SUBMITTED BY SANDY JOHNSON. CD RENEWAL WAS DISCUSSED. 4. MINUTES FOR THE AUGUST 16, 2022, TOWN BOARD MEETING APPROVED AS READ 5. HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE REPORT. A. CHIPPANAZIE RD NOW OPEN AS THE GRAVEL BASE IS DONE AND READY FOR ASPHALT ON THE NEW SECTION. B. AUTUMN MOON RD NOT DONE YET. C. DOWNED TREES HAVE BEEN CLEANED UP ON TOWN ROADS. D. CRACK SEAL TO BE DONE ON CHIPPANAZIE RD AND ELLIOTT RD. 6. PUBLIC INPUT 7. SPECIFIC MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION BY THE TOWN BOARD: A. DISCUSSION REGARDING CAREY HOMES LLC CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAVE AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR BOAT STORAGE BUSINESS ON THEIR PROPERTY ON AUTUMN MOON RD. WILL BE ADDING OTHER STORAGE UNITS. THEY WILL BE INSTALLING DOWNWARD SECURITY LIGHTS AND THERE IS A GATE THAT WILL BE LOCKED. A MOTION TO APPROVE BY GARY ELLIOTT, 2ND DONALD PLANTE. MOTION CARRIED WITH THE CONDITION TO HAVE LIGHTING ON THE PROPERTY. SENT TO COUNTY FOR THEIR OCT 25TH PUBLIC HEARING. B. PIKE ROAD UPDATE – DNR PERMIT READY TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT W/$400 FEE. C. FALL WORKSHOP WITH WTA WAS DISCUSSED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WILL BE NO ONE ATTENDING. D. DISCUSSION ON POWER WASHING THE TOWN HALL BY JIM SATHER. A MOTION WAS ADE TO INCREASE THE PAY FOR THIS TO $25.00 PER HOUR NOT TO EXCEED 4 HOURS BY GARY ELLIOTT, 2ND DAYNA DULLINGER. MOTION CARRIED. E. DISCUSSED THE ANNUAL PICNIC THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. WILL ADDRESS THIS AGAIN AT THE ANNUAL MEETING IN APRIL OF 2023. 8. CORRESPONDENCE - LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS RECEIVED: A. TOWNHALL B. TOWN PARK – WILL BE CLOSED THE END OF SEPTEMBER. C. MEETINGS – NONE TO DATE. D. MISCELLANEOUS 9. BILLS FOR PAYMENT APPROVED AND CHECKS SIGNED 10. NEXT TOWN BOARD MEETING – OCTOBER 11, 2022, AT 7:00 PM 11.
